Who is it for

All accountants, management accountants and other financial managers interested in:

  • playing a more important, strategic role in the business
  • applying strategic thinking to business and financial issues
  • adding more value to their team
  • working to take their careers to a higher level and expand their influence

What is it about

The role of the accountant is to measure company performance accurately and to provide relevant information to decision makers. Too many focus solely on the former responsibility and so lessen their impact on the business. Many also merely concentrate on information provision for tactical or operational aspects of their businesses. While these roles are vital, the responsibility of the professional accountant is broader - we are also in the business to add strategic value. This course will show you how.
