Who is it for

For new or aspiring PAs who wish to gain an understanding of the role and skills of the Executive PA in the 21st Century.

What is it about

Over the last 30 years, the role of the PA has changed dramatically and the Executive PA is now an important part of the management team, vital to the success of the organisation. The PA is often expected to have all the answers at their fingertips and respond to the demands of their managers in an instant.

Course Overview

This 75 minute session will look at how the role has changed and developed over time. It will explore the skills and attributes necessary to do the job successfully, and how best to support your manager in their role.

We recommend that you attend one of our Learn How to Learn Online sessions before attending this Virtual Classroom to ensure that you get the most out of the course. To book a free place, click here or contact us on 0800 170 7777.
