Who is it for

Anyone who finds themselves coming up against obstacles when communicating their message and building relationships.

What is it about

"It was impossible to get a conversation going, everybody was talking too much." Lawrence Peter "Yogi" Berra
Does that sound familiar? There are a myriad of factors that can hinder clear communication. Being aware of these barriers and their impact will help you to improve your interactions with others.

Course Overview

This 75 minute session will help you to gain an awareness of the main barriers to getting your message across to key stakeholders and best practice to follow when communicating. It will discuss the various communication styles and how to flex your own style to better communicate with others and to build more effective and long lasting relationships.

We recommend that you attend one of our Learn How to Learn Online sessions before attending this Virtual Classroom to ensure that you get the most out of the course. To book a free place, click here or contact us on 0800 170 7777.
