Our approach
All our qualifications are available as individual units or modules as well as Certificates and Diplomas, so you can learn at your own pace and gain credit for your achievements. We deliver our programmes through a competency based or tailored route. These are delivered individually or through workshops depending on your needs.
Based on the HR Profession Map as required by the CIPD, our qualifications highlight the importance of understanding the wider business context within which HR operates, and the role of HR in driving sustained organisational performance.
To complement our range of CIPD qualifications, we offer bespoke HR consultancy services and we are an approved centre for the CIPD's Experience Assessment.
