360 Degree Review: Secure, Automated Appraisals

What is a 360° Review?

360° reviews are a unique kind of performance appraisal tool for individuals. 360° reviews use feedback from everyone in contact with the subject of the appraisal, including direct reports, peers, managers, as well as self-assessment, and in some cases external sources like customers and suppliers.

How do 360° reviews work?

It's simple, fast and secure. You tell us who needs the review(s) and we email a link direct to the survey straight to the individual. The individual chooses their reviewers, and these must be accepted by the subject's line manager.

Once accepted, reviewers receive their own individual survey links, and once filled in (usually within two weeks), the results are collated within our secure database. Results are then anonymously fed back to the line manager and the individual with guidance as to how to proceed.
